Obituary

Leonard Christopher Charchun
(January 31,1962 – August 19, 2026)

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Leonard (Len) Christopher Charchun, who passed away on August 19, 2026. He is survived by his wife Rhonda, his children, Kayla (Travis) and Christopher. His mother Annette and sisters, Kathy (Duane) and Lisa. His nieces Chantel (Don), Tyleah (James), and Kaelyn, his nephews Kyle and Ben as well as numerous aunts and uncles.

Len was predeceased by his father Joe.

A service to honour Len’s life will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 212, located at 4916 50th Avenue, Sylvan Lake, Alberta.

The Legion doors will open at 1:00 p.m. Please note that parking is only available as paid parking across the street from the Legion. A light lunch will be served, along with coffee and tea. The Legion bar will also be open for those who wish to purchase their own drinks.

Len will be remembered with love by all those whose lives he touched.
