IN LOVING MEMORY OF
JASON ALLEN KEMLE
1971-2026
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jason Kemle on August 28, 2026, at the age of 54 in Sylvan Lake, Alberta.
Jason was born in Taber, Alberta. Family values were very important with Jason. He loved to mingle with his cousins water skiing and snow skiing. Weekends at Aunts and Uncles with his cousins were his passions in his early years. All were root based in his family values. He always kept in touch with his friends and cousins, especially Heather. Christmas was such a special time of year for our family. Everyone would pitch in to decorate the house and tree and help with the turkey and fixings.
Jason's schooling was in Jenner, Alberta from grade 1 to 9, and Medicine Hat, Alberta for grades 10 through 12 where he graduated. Jason's first job was at the Medicine Hat Golf and Country Club where he fell in love with the work. Unfortunately, life dealt Jason a brain tumor at age 18 which he over came.
In 1993 the family moved to Sylvan Lake. Jason helped in the development of the Meadow Lands Golf Course after which he went on to the Lakewood Golf Resort. He then moved onto working in 1996 at the Innisfail G&C club where he spent 25+ yrs. During his time in Innisfail, he took a Turf Management course the Olds College and graduated. Jason was an integral member of the golf turf care crew. He was in charge of the irrigation system. With his declining health (eyesight etc.), Jason was let go and had to go on AISH. In 2023 Jason moved to Sylvan Lake to be closer to his parents. With his spare time Jason joined the outreach program and made many new friends. Jason also took up hobbies like Origami, String Art, 3D wood puzzles, and just started in bead art. He really excelled in these considering his eyesight.
Jason is survived by his loving parents Jackie and Jerry Kemle; Aunts and Uncles Murray and Geri Kleim, Don and Sharon Kleim, Sandra Malidtowski, Ron Kleim, Judy Cochran, Dennis and Cheryl Kemle, Dale Kemle, and Mary Kleim; Cousins Jeff Kleim, Cory Kleim, Chris Malitowski, Stacy Malitowski, Heather Kleim, Christina Kleim, Kelly Kleim, Lisa Cochran, Mellanie Ora, Alicia Kemle, Gillian Kemle, Pat Kemle, Reannin Sorianno, and Terry Mannello.
Jason was predeceased by grandparents Eric and Doris Kleim and Peter and Alice Kemle; Brother Ryan Kemle; Aunts and Uncles Barb Kleim, Bob Kleim, Raymond Kemle, Richard Maslitowski, and Ted Kleim.
Jason's memory and his love shall live eternally in our hearts. My lovely angel you have your wings, fly free and carry our eternal love with you.
The family would like to extend their loving thanks to Jo-Ann and Tina and the rest of the outreach group for their caring love and joyfulness they brought to Jason.
A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held at a later date.
