It is with great sadness that the family of Gary Wolkowski announce his passing on September 20, 2025 in Red Deer, Alberta.
Gary was born in January 30, 1957 in Fort William, Ontario to Mona Sinclair and Bernie Wolkowski.
Gary is predeceased by his mother Mona of Niagara Falls, Ontario, father Bernice Wolkowski of Rimbey, Alberta, and niece Chantelle Kemmis of Sylvan Lake, Alberta.
He is survived by his sisters Susan (Bob) of Sylvan Lake, Alberta and Shelley (John) of Thunder Bay, Ontario; brother Butch (Cheryl) and Gordon (Gail) both of Thunder Bay, Ontario, brother Shawn (Barb) of Niagara Falls, Ontario; and half-sister Crystal of the Niagara Falls, Ontario area. Gary is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Gary worked as an industrial painter. He moved to Alberta 17 years ago and worked at Terroco in Red Deer, Alberta. He loved nature and driving Jeep vehicles. His wishes were to have his ashes spread on Lake Superior.
