Obituary

Falk, Larry
1938-2023
With great sadness, the family of Larry Falk announces his passing on May 5th, 2023, at the age of 84 in Sylvan Lake, Alberta.
Larry was born in Three Hills, Alberta on December 6th, 1938 to Leonard and Clara Falk.

Larry’s love for John Deere green was a constant throughout his life. Larry attended NAIT and Olds College to become a Heavy Duty Mechanic and was employed all over Alberta during his career. Larry had many friends in Alberta and enjoyed spending time with them and his family. Larry was always up for fun times golfing, camping, snowmobiling or just sitting around a campfire for a cookout and weak one (drink). One of Larry’s greatest loves was his pets. He loved and missed his dogs; Mindi, Mandi, Daisy, and the cats and asked about them until the very end.

Larry is survived by his wife of 42 years Lois of Eckville; his son Brent of Calgary; his daughter Tracy (Kelly May) of Airdrie and their sons: Connor and Taylor; his daughter Leanne (Darcy Brzak) of Eckville; and his sister Connie Falk of High River.

Larry was predeceased by his first wife Rose Edl in 1978 and both of his parents.

Our deepest Thank-You to the nurses and staff at the Sylvan Lake Bethany for your kindness to us and him.

Cremation entrusted to the Rocky Mountain Crematorium, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta.
