We will have his Celebration of Life as a “Billy Fire” at Billy and Meaghan’s acreage Saturday August 1, 2020. Further details will be announced via Facebook.

His kind soul and gentle spirit will be felt and remembered by all who had the opportunity to be in his presence.

William Joseph Cooney, 41, moved on to his next adventure on July 25, 2020. Billy loved his two little Blondies, giant fires, hunting, fishing, dirt biking, skidoo’s, mowing grass, shooting guns, collecting “stuff”, his shop, cold beer, hamburger helper, fresh backstrap’s, peanut Buster Parfait‘s, Gold Rush and deadliest catch.

Billy was named “the junk whisperer” by his sister Jaimie as he was intrigued with small engines and could remarkably get them all purring!

He was the local plumber, starting his own company in 2016. You could find his “Billy Grin” making miles behind the wheel of his Cooney Creek Plumbing sprinter van sometimes with one of his girls by his side.

Billy was a patient man with the ability to teach many how to skin a deer, change oil, sight in a gun, tie a fishing knot and how to properly choke an engine.

The magnitude of his presence will be dearly missed by his daughters; Ava and Sage Cooney, Wife, Meaghan Cooney, Mother, Debbie Fisher and step Father Jack Fisher, sister Jaimie Cooney, his Brother Callum (Candice) Cooney, his step siblings; Jeff Fisher, Marley Fisher , Rory Fisher and Hailley Pashishnik, nephew Bodhi Cooney , nieces; Paris and Phenix Cooney, and Uncle Darren (Barb)Cooney, As well as many other family, co-workers and friends.

We will have his Celebration of Life as a “Billy Fire” at Billy and Meaghan’s acreage Saturday August 1, 2020. Further details will be announced via Facebook.
