In Memory Of

Alexander Dubas

Dec 9, 1932 - May 5, 2021

Due to covid, there is no service planned at this time.

On May 5th, 2021, Alec Dubas passed from time into eternity after a brief illness.

He left to mourn his loss; a son, Andy Dubas, grandchildren, Shane, Sarah and Jake Dubas, the children's mother, Lorraine; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.

Alec was predecesed by his wife, Irene (Redel) Dubas, parents, Walter and Tofelia Dubas, brothers, Stanley and Chester Dubas, infant brother, Joe Dubas, and sister, Helen Henwood.

In his early days, Alec owned and ran a garage in Edmonton, Alberta, for several years before moving to Red Deer. He lived out the remainder of his life in Red Deer and the last few months with his son Andy, until his passing. In his later years, Alec chose to let God be the Leader in his life and became the "family miracle".

Sad to hear the news. Very fond memories of times spent with Alex in Red Deer. Deep condolences to the family. Rest in his care. Monika and Frank.
