The Royal Canadian Legion in Sylvan Lake
It is with great sadness, we share that Terrence Charles McQueen suddenly passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at the age of 74. He is survived by his wonderful wife Charlotte, his two daughters Jody-Anne (Travis) Davis, and Kelly (Dave) McQueen, and his precious grandchildren Kayla, Braiyten, Bailey, Jace and Taedyn. He also leaves behind three cherished great grandchildren Emsley, Everett and Brynn and loveable goldendoodle Fred.
Terry was a devoted family man and friend who enjoyed the simpler things in life, going fishing and hunting, a lifelong love of hockey and the outdoors. The time spent at the cabin filled him with joy and created lasting memories that will be treasured by all. He never turned down a visit with family and friends. He especially enjoyed the time he spent with his wife, his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family would like to acknowledge all the kind words, phone calls and visits they have received.
There will be a Celebration of Life to be held on Saturday, July 6th at The Royal Canadian Legion in Sylvan Lake from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Following the Celebration of Life, everyone is invited to stop by Terry’s favorite watering hole, Lodge 43 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm to have a farewell cheers. We look forward to seeing everyone and sharing memories of a wonderful man who was loved by all.

Wendy Morris:
I am so sorry Charlotte, Jody and Kelly and families. I had great conversations and memories discussed whenever Terry and I crossed paths. My deepest sympathies to you all.
Murray and Barb Fenske:
His loss is devastating and beyond words, he was family to us and our kids. Was always there regardless of the day or the time. He was always into something somewhere, loved his gravy and fries. To say he will be missed is an understatement, we were friends and neighbors for over 40 years. Not good bye....see you later my friend
Ethel Wilde:
Im so sorry for your loss Charolett hugs
Cory Russell :
Terry was a great man and I feel privileged to have met and known him. Hearing many happy stories of my wife, Tara Dolphin growing up with Kelly and often under his care. She had the utmost respect for him. Just recently for the second time I reached out for help to Terry find hay, and for the second time good old Terry came through again. He will be greatly missed.
Bonnie Blatz:
