James “Jim” Edward Ferguson
October 13, 1944 – February 25, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James “Jim” Edward Ferguson. Jim passed away peacefully at the Ponoka Hospital on February 25, 2025.
Jim was predeceased by his granddaughter Caelan Ballantyne and his sister Joan (Gale) Koch.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife Marlene and their children Tammy (David) Ballantyne, Robi Ferguson (Jodi Montgomery); grandchildren Ewan Ballantyne, Meghan Ballantyne, Morgan Ballantyne, Jayden Ferguson, and Kolby Ferguson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Jim loved to meet new people and could talk to them for hours. He enjoyed farming, ranching, gardening, buying and selling.
In lieu of other tributes, donations can be made to Dreams Take Flight.
