Obituary

With great love, the Liikala family shares that Violet Liikala passed away, December 15th,2020. She is affectionately remembered by her three sons: Lesley, Leroy (Lillian), Russel (Ellen), and their families.

Violet and Eddie married in June 1949 and raised their boys on the farm northeast of Eckville.

With great fondness, memories of Violet will live on in her grandchildren and great grandchildren who cherished her dearly. Among their favorite memories of Violet are treasuring experiences with her while growing up in the Eckville area.

In her passing, Violet is predeceased by her husband Eddie Liikala, who passed in 1981 and her son Richard in November of 2020.
