Obituary

Bradley Curtis Inkster, born August 11, 1958 passed in peace surrounded by family on January 2, 2020.
Brad is survived by his loving wife Sally of 37 years, their three children Curtis (Leah) Inkster, Craig (Robin) Inkster and Conrad (Kandis) Inkster and nine beautiful grand kids. Chloe, Austin, Logan, Axl, Evan, Lucas, Caleb, Owen, and Emmett. His brother Barry (Lore) Reder, sister Sandy (Tony) Gesyler, brother in law Dean (Sue) Hastie, sister in law Connie Moldrup, brother in law Earl (Brenda) Hastie, sister in law Nancy McIntyre and an abundance of great family and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Judith and Albert Reder, mother and father in law Norma and Bruce Hastie, brother in law Dennis Skretting, brother in law John Moldrup and grandson Eli Inkster.
Brad was a devoted father, husband and grandfather. He loved to ride his motorbike with his wife holding on tight behind him and in the past few years cruise in their convertible mustang with her by his side. Some of his favorite things were his morning coffee, reading to his grandkids, playing cards, watching jeopardy, camping, going to Rebel’s games, dancing, vacationing with friends and yearly trips to Fairmont. His voice was thunderous, he had a whistle you could hear across town and his belly laugh filled the room. He gave the biggest hugs, the “I love you’s” were frequent and had the biggest heart under his tough exterior. If he met you, he would never forget your face. If you met him you would never forget him either, and none of us ever will.

A celebration of life service will be held at the Sylvan Lake Alliance Church located at 4404-47 Avenue on January 10, at 3:00 pm. Cremation entrusted to the Rocky Mountain Crematorium, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta.

So sorry to hear of Brad's passing. He was a great guy and will be sadly missed. He was always so excited to speak of his children and grandchildren whom he loved dearly. They certainly brought so much love into his life.
I remember the first time I met Brad in Calgary and how he was so nice and so much fun. And growing up, our families spent time camping as a group at Pine Lake.
Brad lived a happy life but it was truly cut short due to his illness.
Your family are in our thoughts and prayers in the days to come as you get through this sad time.
Sending Our Love,
